Taking Care Of Your Pet
When you choose the veterinarians at Chilliwack Animal Hospital to be your pet care partner, you can be assured your pet is receiving the professional veterinary care from experienced pet care providers
Most experts recommend feeding your dog twice a day — once in the morning and once in the evening — though puppies under five months of age should be fed three to four times a day, or as directed by your veterinarian.
Most dogs will be de-wormed once as puppies and unless they are diagnosed with worms, there is no use to giving them de-worming medicine again which are very harsh on the system
How often you take your dog to the vet depends on your pets life stage and general health. For example, puppies and senior dogs need more frequent visits, while healthy adults can stick to annual check-ups.
